Disaster in T&T

How prepared is Trinidad and Tobago for natural disasters, from flooding to earthquakes and hurricanes? This series I did between 2010 and 2011 I interview experts and examine our nations level of preparedness. The results were alarming then, and I suspect nothing much has changed over the decade given the relatively slow response of the ODPM to the flooding experienced by the population annually in the rainy season.
